The property offers good prices, rooms are tastefully decorated and well-organised with a sofa and a beautiful view and the coffee. Helpful and attentive staff team that was responsive to our every request ensuring guest satisfaction.

Location is convenient for avoiding heavy traffic, but near attractions. the experience soured due to severe mattress stains and lackluster housekeeping. Breakfast staff could be more friendly, and parking is tight. Issues arose with the fireplace, disturbing our sleep. The front desk staff lacked training and basic courtesy. While the exterior charm and room comfort are commendable, staff professionalism needs serious attention. Minor repairs are needed in the room. With some improvements, this could be a first-rate stay. Until then, I’ll seek accommodations elsewhere.

The sofa bed is very uncomfortable. The housework is done very summarily; it was necessary to claim and ask for the sofa bed to be made.

The room was spacious, featuring two queen beds and a sleeper sofa, perfect for our large family. Clean and modern, it felt welcoming right away. The fireplace added a cozy touch, especially while I relaxed in the jacuzzi tub. Temperature control was excellent, ensuring we stayed comfortable. There were two TVs, which kept the kids entertained, and the coffee bar was a nice convenience. the noise from the highway was noticeable. it was a pleasant stay and a lovely retreat after long days of exploring.

Beautifully decorated and spacious rooms made for a pleasant start, and the outdoor pool area was enjoyable even in the rain. Breakfast had many options, although the eggs missed the mark. Staff were generally friendly, but the front desk experience was off-putting with dismissive comments about our concerns. We transitioned from a room with a poor view to one with a corner-facing balcony that wasn’t much better. The pull-out couch mattress was really uncomfortable, not ideal for a good night’s sleep. With a few improvements, this place could shine.

I loved how easy it was to walk to nearby spots like the Memory Lane Antique Mall, which is just a few steps away, and I found great attractions like the Smoky Mountain Knife Works, only around 700 meters from the hotel; it's also close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg for more adventure, plus the rooms were comfortable and had great amenities like a 24-hour pool and hot tub but I wish there were more breakfast options available.

The outdoor pool and lazy river were a total hit with the kids! Enjoyed a delicious hot breakfast every morning—so good! Loved the relaxed vibe since we were just a short drive from all the action.
